Band-owned business that earns its own money instead of waiting on transfers. Real partnerships where we hold a share, not just a handshake. Members hired first on the work we control, and training tied to the jobs we fund.

Shovels in the ground in year one, not another study. The housing list posted every three months so every family knows where they sit and why. Repairs tracked in writing with a date on them, and members waiting to come home counted on the same list as members already here.

Food we grow, raise and harvest ourselves, so we are not waiting on a truck to come in. Gardens, freezers and a way to share what we take. Our land, our water and our resources defended in every room, and no deal signed until members have seen the terms.

A Youth Council seated in the first year with a real budget and a seat at the Council table. Our Elders advise on the big decisions and sign off before anything moves, not just open the meeting. Home care and rides to appointments treated as essential, because they are.

Cree language and ceremony funded as a line item, not a leftover. Mental health and addictions support members can actually reach, at home and in the city, not a waitlist in another town. Land based healing funded beside clinical care, because both work.

Financial statements posted for members every quarter, in plain language, not once a year at audit time. Contracts named in public, who got the work and why. Our money managed so it is still there past one term.
